Deploying and managing positions

Open a position in three steps, then claim, keep or close it.

Opening a position takes three steps, and you stay in control of every one of them.

Before you deploy

  • Make sure Phantom is connected and has enough SOL.
  • Read the token's checks and its plan.
  • Decide how much you're comfortable putting in. Several smaller positions are safer than one large one.

Deploy it in 3 steps

Every play has a Deploy it in 3 steps box on its token page.

  1. Connect your wallet. If Phantom is already connected, this step is ticked off for you.
  2. Choose how much SOL. Type the amount you want to put in.
  3. Approve it in Phantom. Press Deploy and approve the transaction. If the play opens a brand-new pool for the token, Phantom asks you twice: once to create the pool and once to add your liquidity.

Keep a little SOL aside for network fees and for the small deposit Solana holds while a position is open. It comes back to you when you close.

The button also tells you what kind of play you're looking at:

ButtonWhat it means
DeployA ready play that passed the checks
Deploy (risky)A play with warnings, so read them first
Deploy anywayA token LP Crew is still watching and hasn't called yet

From the chat

Every analysis in Chat comes with the same deploy box on its full card. Type the amount and press Deploy, or Deploy anyway for a token that's on hold, then approve it in Phantom.

After you deploy

  • Claim your fees regularly. Open Positions and press Claim to move the fees you've earned into your wallet.
  • Leave when trading dies down. Positions tells you when it's time. Press Close, and your SOL, plus any tokens your position bought along the way, go back to your wallet.

Positions

Open Positions from your wallet menu. It shows your open positions, or all of them, and for each one: its status, what to do next (claim, keep or close), its price range, the fees you haven't claimed yet, your deposit and when you opened it, with links to the pool and the transaction.

History

History, also in your wallet menu, is a full log of what you've done through LP Crew: every event with its time, the token, the details and a link to the transaction.
